Let’s kill (with wildfire!!) the idea that Arya wouldn’t have survived in Kings Landing. Because Arya managed to survive Harrenhal where not only she had to keep her mouth shut and follow rules (something her haters believe she’s incapable of) but she didn’t even have the protection her noble status would have given her in Kings Landing.

So yes, Arya would have survived anywhere, Kings Landing included.
